Do you know that Microsoft has provided a wonderful Dashboard stuff to see the status of the Live Data Centers of the Cloud Environment. We can use this to check if any Data center is down or standalone for downtime.
[more]So whenever we see some issues with our Application on Cloud first we can check the Dashboard to see if our data center is down using the link

If still the application is down then we can check with the Azure Support team using the link http://www.microsoft.com/windowsazure/support/
